The devastating drought in North West, especially in communal areas became even clearer from the air.

This photo taken by helicopter pilot Willem Boshof on 21 November over the Molopo area between Mahikeng and Bray shows animals that died from the drought in the North West. Boshof said he stopped counting at 82 dead cattle.
