The Morriston Merino Stud Production Sale was held on the farm Glenetive on 24 January on behalf of Pat and Anne Vorster.

The highest price of the day was paid for a ram, which was sold to Tauber van Zyl of Vergenoeg Landgoed from Barkly East for R20 000. Rams achieved an average price of R7 900.

The sale was held by BKB, with Gert Jordaan as the auctioneer.
